Pemerintah Kelurahan Dembe I merupakan salah satu dari tujuh Kelurahan yang berada di Wilayah Kecamatan Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo,maka batas-batas di Kelurahan Dembe I adalah sebagai berikut :
  1. Sebelah Utara : Berbatasan dengan Danau Limboto.
  2. Sebelah Timur : Berbatasan dengan wilayah Kelurahan Lekobalo, Kecamatan Kota Barat, Kota Gorontalo.
  3. Sebelah Selatan : Berbatasan dengan Wilayah Desa Kayu Bulan, Kecamatan ............. , Kabupaten Gorontalo
  4. Sebelah Barat : Berbatasan dengan wilayah Desa Iluta, Kecamatan Batudaa,Kota Gorontalo.
Wilayah Kelurahan Dembe I Terdiri dari 4 RW dan 8 RT
